New Patient Registrationregister_now_blue_sign

Catchment area

We are currently registering patients who have an address in SW1 or some parts of SW3. Please contact reception if you need help as we have a list of streets within our catchment area.

You can also see our catchment area by clicking on this link.

New patients are required to complete a detailed patient questionnaire with details of personal, past and family medical history. This and a registration form can be downloaded from the above "Registration forms" tab.

All new patients are offered a health check with a member of the healthcare team to ensure that any required tests are up to date and that we have an accurate note of any repeat medication you may be taking.

Medical treatment is available from the date of registration. Please contact reception for further information.

Please note it is practice policy that we do not accept patients under the NHS who continue to use a private GP.

Guide to GP Services

The Royal College of General Practitioners has produced a useful guide for patients about the services on offer at GP Surgeries and how to access them.  You can download the guide below.
